Dear Cassandra-developer and user,
I'm new to the version V1.2 and tried to restart a simulation from the checkpoint-file.
In version V1.0 I used the read_old.py script. As far as I understand one should use the checkpoint function. So I added under
#start type:
# Start_Type
checkpoint equil.out.chk
When I start the new simulation I get the following message:
xubuntu@xubuntu-H:~/Cassandra_V1.2/pentane$ /home/xubuntu/Cassandra_V1.2/Src/cassandra_gfortran.exe p.inp
Begin Cassandra simulation
At line 285 of file read_write_checkpoint.f90 (unit = 100, file = 'equil.out.chk')
Fortran runtime error: Bad integer for item 1 in list input
I would be very, if anyone could give me some advice.
Best regards,
Mark
