can i simulate a system with three nos of simulation box? i mean is cassandra capable of simulating a system with more than two boxes?

Are you interested in simulating 3 boxes in the GEMC ensemble? Right now, we have it set up for two boxes only. Perhaps we will add multiple boxes in a future release.
